Who is responsible for your data
Marta Pou Rovira (amalgama TRADUCCIONS), Tax ID [NIF], Camí de can Capell, 4 · 17844 Corts, Cornellà del Terri (Girona), Spain. Email mlgmaaaa@gmail.com.
What data we process and why
We only process the data you give us yourself:
- Contact form: name, email address, telephone (optional) and the content of your message. Purpose: to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, prepare a quotation.
- Email or telephone: whatever you tell us when you write or call, for the same purpose.
- Documents you send for translation: processed solely to provide the commissioned service and covered by professional confidentiality.
We do no profiling, take no automated decisions, and will not send you marketing you have not asked for.
Legal basis
Your consent when you submit the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, where a commission is under way, performance of the contract or pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b)).
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a commission are deleted after one year. Data linked to a commission is kept for the duration of the relationship and thereafter for the applicable Spanish tax and commercial limitation periods (six years).
Who it is shared with
We do not pass data to third parties except where legally required. The technical providers needed to run the website and email act as processors, under a processor agreement and within the European Economic Area, or with adequate safeguards if outside it:
- The website hosting provider.
- The email service provider.
- [FORM PROVIDER] — to be specified when form submission is switched on. Until then, the form opens your own email client and no third party receives the data.
Where a commission requires other translators to collaborate, they receive only the material strictly needed, under a confidentiality agreement.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to mlgmaaaa@gmail.com, stating which right you wish to exercise and enclosing a copy of an identity document. You may also withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or the Catalan Data Protection Authority (apdcat.gencat.cat).
Security
The site is served entirely over HTTPS. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, although no system is infallible.
